Cold Brew Maker

Get brewing amazing cold brew with this easy to use cold brew maker. All you need is nice tasting coffee beans to go with it.

Basic Recipe:.

• Put 100gm of coarse ground coffee in the filter (we recommend our Seasonal Blend or Flight Mode). If you have finer grinds, that's ok, it's always good to experiment, it might just taste a bit stronger and less sweet.
• Add 1lt of cold water to the bottle. The coffee will float to the top, ensure all the grinds are wet and soaking.
• Let it steep for 12-24 hours in the fridge and taste. If it's strong enough to satisfy your taste buds, remove the filter, otherwise let it steep for longer.
• You can store your cold brew in the fridge for up to two weeks, but I doubt you won't drink it first.

You can enjoy it over ice, or add a splash of milk or ice cream. It can also be used as a concentrate for iced coffee, hot coffee or mixed with other drinks; to use it this way, you will have to let it brew for longer and potentially increase the ratios.

Cold brew coffee is smooth and sweet, lower in acidity and bitterness than the hot versions. Thanks to the fine mesh in the filter, it will taste clean too. It's super easy to clean, all you need to do is empty the filter and rinse all the parts.

For best results, use coffee that is 10-28 days from roasting date.
