This exceptional India single origin coffee from the Kerala region produces a rich, full-flavoured cup with a creamy, almost buttery texture and a generous body.

Roasted to a medium profile, it delivers a balanced and versatile flavour that works equally well as black coffee or with milk. The cup features deep earthy notes, followed by a smooth finish of cocoa and hazelnut.

From coffee-growing regions in Kerala, India, this coffee is particularly well suited to espresso brewing, producing a dense crema and a satisfying, full-bodied shot.

Kerala Origin: Creamy & Earthy

This fully washed Specialty Single Origin comes from the Kerala region of India. It is highly valued for its unique combination of buttery/creamy texture and deep earthy tones, which hold a fantastic amount of natural sweetness. This profile results in a long black that is incredibly rich and a milk-based drink that is nothing short of scrumptious.

This is a clear Medium Roast developed specifically to maximise the inherent body and buttery texture of the bean, making it an absolute powerhouse for espresso (whether machine or stovetop). Because of its rich composition, this single origin is not recommended for filter methods as its density is best suited for high-pressure extraction.
