Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through the Sipping Duck Coffee Roasters online store.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and roasted from our facilities in Cairns QLD.

Processing times
All coffee bean orders are processed and packed on the same or following business day of the order being placed.

Cut-off Time:
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 11:00 AM AEST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Business Days:
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Fulfillment Policy for Roasted-to-Order Items
If an order contains both items that can be dispatched immediately (like blends or gear) and a Single Origin coffee scheduled for Tuesday roasting, the entire order will be held and dispatched complete on the scheduled roasting day (e.g., Tuesday); we do not process split shipments.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the dimensions, weight and destination of your packed order.
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
Note on Transit Time: The transit time begins when Australia Post scans your item. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking and Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been fulfilled.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

We use Australia Post for most domestic deliveries and Aramex for local deliveries in Cairns.
4. Local Pickup

Option: Local pickup is available from either store, but you must specify the correct store when you place your order.

Process: If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email or text notification when your order is packed and ready for collection at our facility. Please check the opening hours in the contact us section of our website.
5. International Shipping

We so not offer international shipping at this point in time.
6. Damages, Loss, and Delays

Damages: Sipping Duck Coffee Roasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us immediately so we can assist you in contacting the courier.

Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
