Lance

Owner. Lance is from Eastern Melbourne and has been in the industry since 2012. He drinks long blacks and uses a coffee machine to make it. His favourite coffee blend is Organic and single origin Guatemala. Lance loves fishing, camping, mountain biking and cooking meat - he can bbq in endless ways.

Fiorella

Owner. Fi is from Argentina and has been in the industry since 2008. She drinks long blacks with a dash of milk. Her favourite origin is Guatemala. She uses a coffee machine to make coffee at home but loves the aeropress when she’s away. Her hobbies include gardening, camping and playing music.

Starj

Bungalow Team - Supervisor. Starj is from Blue Mountains and has been in the industry since 2008 (she was 13 years old!). She drinks flat whites. Her favourite coffee blend is Organic and single origin Sumatra. At home she uses a french press or lever machine. She is also into art, music, nature and dogs.

Monique

Stratford and Bungalow Team. She is on maternity leave. Mon is from Mareeba and has been in the industry since 2017. She drinks iced lattes. Her favourite coffee blend is House Blend and at home she doesn’t make coffee, can you believe it?! In her spare time she likes to hang our with friends and family.

Emma

Stratford Team. Emma is from Wales and has been in the industry since she was 13. She drinks flat whites. Her favourite coffee blend Organic. To make coffee at home she uses an espresso machine. She is an amazing chef and makes every customer feel like an friend. She enjoys running, travelling and cooking.

Tatiana

Stratford Team - Supervisor. Tata is from Colombia and has been in the industry for 5 years. She drinks pour overs or iced lattes with alternative milk. Her favourite blend is Flight Mode. At home she uses a pour over or coffee machine. Her laugh is contagious and she loves spending time with her dog, Max.

Daniela

Stratford Team. Dani is from Argentina. She's been in the industry, working as a barista, since 2021. Her favourite blend is House Blend and drinks long blacks. At home she makes coffee using a french press. Dani is an animal lover. She enjoys watching sunsets and going to the beach or waterfalls with a book and a beer.

Nacho

Bungalow Team. Nacho is from Argentina. He has been in the industry for several years with expertise in mixology, which shows in his cooking and presentation. He drinks long blacks and his favourite blend is House Blend. In his spare time, he likes exploring and spending time in nature. 

Bronte

Bungalow Team - Bronte is from Cairns and has been in the hospitality industry for many years, working for airlines and local businesses. She drinks flat whites and her favourite blend is India. Bronte is passionate about travelling and also likes reading, going on hikes, spending time with her family.
