Sipping Duck Blend Guide: Where to Start Your Coffee Journey

We know that choosing a coffee can be confusing! While five blends might not seem like many compared to some, we believe we have something perfectly balanced for almost everyone. When customers ask us where to begin, our answer is always the same: Start with our House Blend. It’s where our journey started, and it’s the perfect foundation. Once you've mastered the House Blend, we encourage you to try the full lineup!

Following is the exact order we recommend you try them. Once you've tried them all, you will know which blend is truly yours.

House Blend

Espresso, medium roast
Perfectly balanced with layers of dark fruit, chocolate and nut flavours. Medium sweetness and acidity, full and heavy body. Origins: Guatemala, Brazil, PNG, Kenya, Ethiopia.

Organic

Espresso, medium roast
Vibrant, juicy cup with cocoa and toffee notes, stone fruit acidity and a sweet lingering finish. Medium-high sweetness and acidity, full body. Origins: Mexico, PNG, Ethiopia.

Flight Mode

Espresso, medium roast
Blueberry tones with notes of sugar cane, biscuit and toffee and a silky dark chocolate finish. Medium acidity and sweetness, full body. Origins: Kenya, PNG. 

Frank's Blend

25% Dark roast
Silky, rounded, lively and clean with a hint of sweet roast flavour in the end. Medium acidity and sweetness. Full body. 25% dark roast. Origins: Guatemala, Brazil, PNG, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mexico, Sumatra.

Facek Kicker 

Dark roast
A dark and stormy version of our House Blend. Very intense in aroma and roast flavour, syrupy full body and a strong kick in the end. Medium acidity and sweetness. Full body. Origins: Guatemala, Brazil, PNG, Kenya, Ethiopia.
