Our Vege Spice Mix is a fresh and vibrant Moroccan-style blend designed to elevate nearly any dish. We regularly use this blend in-house for our famous vege wraps, where it perfectly seasons pumpkin and capsicum, which we combine with eggplant, zucchini, and Danish fetta.
But its use is certainly not limited to vegetables! We have successfully tried this mix on all sorts of meats, incorporating it into marinades, seasoning pasta sauces, and using it as a general seasoning.
