Recommended recipes:
Espresso: dose 22-23gms. Yield 45ml (55 for a mug). Time 24-29 seconds. Usual espresso rules apply, but this origin needs a tighter recipe and it will deliver the most delicious notes and mouthfeel when brewed right.
French Press / Plunger: 20gms. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
