This coffee is low in acidity, sweet and creamy, making it very pleasant and warming.

Peru comes the Chanchamayo growing region in northeastern Peru. The  farms are small (chacras), from 2 to 4 hectares. Most farms have Inga and other shaded native forest trees. The cooperative brings together coffee producers from 18 villages. All members of the cooperative believe that it is vital to care for and support the natural cycle of the earth to have a balanced ecosystem. The cooperative is certified as an organic and Fair Trade coffee producer. This coffee is low in acidity, sweet and creamy, making it very pleasant and warming.

Recommended recipes:

Espresso: dose 22-23gms. Yield 45ml (55 for a mug). Time 24-29 seconds. Usual espresso rules apply, but this origin needs a tighter recipe and it will deliver the most delicious notes and mouthfeel when brewed right.

French Press / Plunger: 20gms. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
